Private Duty Skilled nursing is an hourly service provided by our highly trained nurses both RNs and LPNs, under the plan and direction of a physician. Our nurses provide assessment, observation of client condition, response to treatment and other medical interventions. The services are provided at a minimum of 8 hours a day and up to 24 hours a day in a client’s home. The number of hours provided a day, are based on the client’s medical complexity, skilled services needed to be performed, physician orders, and client’s insurance eligibility for requested services. Our Private Duty services offer our clients peace of mind that they can stay in their own home and not have to consider alternative living arrangements due to their additional medical needs.
