Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC (PSHHS) is a Home Health Agency, located in Virginia, providing Skilled and Non-Skilled Nursing Services and other Medical services to clients and individuals requiring services in their homes and communities.

Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC utilizes individualized service plan that is specific to each client’s care based on evidenced based practices and research. Our clients achieve quality outcomes from the services provided. Working with our clients and their families, PSHHS uses best practices that include education and clinical interventions to reduce re-hospitalizations.
PSHHS was founded by three sisters who are all Registered Nurses with a combined experience of over 50 years in the healthcare arena. The decision to go into home health care came from the desire to serve others, and to address inefficiencies in the home health care industry.
Due to the significant increase in healthcare cost for inpatient hospitalization, research has proven that home health services enable clients to receive Skilled Nursing Services care in their homes, reducing complications and decreasing the time needed for recovery, while decreasing cost for out of pocket expenses for the clients.
As service providers, we recognize the emerging need to provide skilled and non-skilled services in clients’ homes.
