Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC provides high quality health services in the convenience of your own home. Our staff is comprised of well-educated and well-trained professionals, attentive and concerned to administer care for our clients, enhancing their quality of life.

Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC hires compassionate, qualified, reliable, honest and competent health care employees. Our staff includes skilled nurses, physical and occupational therapists, home health aides, medical social workers, respiratory therapists and private duty nurses.

The following criteria determines if you are eligible to be given health care at home:

• Should be homebound or have difficulties with mobility.
• Should require intermittent care.
• Should require skilled medical care services from a health care professional.
• Should be under the care and attention of your licensed physician.
• Should be given a certificate of recommendation or approval for home health care by your licensed physician.

A client is considered homebound when he/she does not have the capacity to leave home due to a condition, an injury or illness, further requiring the patient great effort or experience pain. If the patient cannot leave home without a guardian or an assistive device (cane, walker, wheelchair, etc.), and generally is unadvised by the physician to leave home, the patient is recommended to receive care homebound.

You can still leave home and visit the physician for regular checkups and treatments, or go on occasional trips to the mall, beauty salon, church or attend celebratory events.
